Basic Muffin Recipe using our All Purpose Flour:
1 cup whole milk or plain yogurt or a combo
1/2 cup oil
2 1/2 cups Rose's GF All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup ground flax
2/3-3/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Wisk wet ingredients, flax and sugar in large bowl. In small bowl wisk flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients and stir to combine do not overmix!
Add your favorite flavorings.. I like a tsp of jam dropped in the middle of the muffins just before baking we call them Surprise Muffins! or..stir in blueberries etc.
Bake 350* for 25-30 minutes

How to make Pie Crust using our All Purpose Flour. Recipe: 2 1/4 cups of our All Purpose Flour, 1 tsp salt, 3/4 cup shortening, approx. 5 tbls cold water. Makes double crust.
How to make Stromboli using our Pizza Dough:
Defrost dough in refrigerator or at room temp.
Place onto lightly oiled parchment on a baking sheet.
With oiled hands gently press dough out and add your favorite flavors. This is peppperoni and cheese. The possibilities are endless. Taking the edge of the parchment length wise lift from pan and the dough will roll nicely to make stromboli. Push back to center and pinch edges to close. You can certainly roll up the dough with oiled hands also. Top with grated cheese and italian seasoning and put a few slits in top of dough. Bake in 400* F oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. For a quick and easy flatbread press dough out onto lightly oiled parchment and put dimples in dough with one finger. Add oil, grated cheese and seasoning and any other finely diced topping and bake as above.
